You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Order Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
Koated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered.

For any issues with damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Addresses

Koated is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
